SmartPencils.com hopes that you are satisfied with your order. In the event that you would like to return your purchase, you may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt, as long as your pencils have NOT been opened. Please contact Returns@SmartPencils.com  for a Return Authorization (RA) number within thirty (30) days of receiving the merchandise.
A credit will not be issued if the merchandise does not match the invoice or is not in the its original packaging.

Instructions for Returns:
1. Email Returns@SmartPencils.com for a Return Authorization number.
2. All goods must returned in original packaging within 30 days of delivery date.
3. Please enclose the invoice with your reason for return.
